How to Request Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your account, please send an email to:

contact@streampac.io

with the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”

To help us process your request efficiently, please include the following information:

• The email address associated with your account
• (Optional) The reason for deletion, if you’d like to share it

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Once your request is confirmed, we will permanently delete:

• Your name and email address
• Your progress and usage history
• Your saved preferences and settings

What Data May Be Retained?

Some information may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons:

• Payment and billing data (stored for up to 7 years due to tax regulations)
• Support communications (stored for up to 1 year)

Processing Time

We aim to process all account deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once your data has been deleted.
